About the role

The Groundskeeper/Porter will maintain the physical appearance and cleanliness of Cullman House, ensuring the community’s grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards.

Key responsibilities

Inspect the property throughout the day to remove litter, debris and pet droppings, keeping all common areas and amenities tidy.
Clear trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and maintain those storage spaces.
Perform minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
