Groundskeeper / Porter – Kapilina Beach

About the role
Greystar is seeking an entry‑level Groundskeeper / Porter to maintain the physical appearance and curb appeal of the Kapilina Beach community in Ewa Beach, Hawaii. The role supports the service team by keeping common areas, amenities, and surrounding grounds clean and well‑maintained.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, ensuring all common areas and amenities remain neat.
- Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and keep storage areas clean.
- Complete assigned minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor.
Required profile
- Entry‑level candidate with a willingness to perform physical tasks.
- Full‑time availability with a regular schedule and possible on‑call duties.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
