About the role
The Groundskeeper/Porter is responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the community’s exterior and common areas, supporting the service team to ensure a welcoming environment for residents.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, keeping all common areas and amenities tidy.
- Remove trash from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport it to dumpsters or storage areas, and maintain those storage spaces.
- Complete minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager, and assist the make‑ready specialist during unit turnovers.
- Change locks in accordance with property policy and perform other basic maintenance tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliability and attention to detail in maintaining community standards.
