About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Groundskeeper/Porter to maintain the appearance and functionality of Rivette Tower’s community areas in Austin, Texas. The role supports the service team and ensures that common areas, amenities, and storage spaces remain clean, safe, and welcoming for residents.

Key responsibilities

Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, keeping all common areas and amenities neat.
Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and maintain those storage areas.
Complete minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
Assist the make‑ready specialist during apartment turnover.
Change locks in accordance with property policy.

Required profile

Full‑time availability.
Ability to work on‑site in Austin, Texas.
Physical capability to perform cleaning, lifting, and lock‑changing tasks.
