Groundskeeper / Porter for Residential Community

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Groundskeeper/Porter to maintain the appearance and functionality of The Dixon at Stonegate, a residential community in Southlake, Texas. The role involves daily inspection of common areas, handling waste, and supporting the service team to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect community grounds, amenities and common areas throughout the day to remove litter, debris and pet waste.
• Collect and dispose of trash from vacant apartments and maintain storage areas.
• Perform minor service requests assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Assist the make‑ready specialist during apartment turnover, including cleaning and preparing units.
• Change locks and perform basic security tasks in accordance with company procedures.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently and follow established safety and cleanliness standards.
• Physical capability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending and walking for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high curb appeal.
