Groundskeeper for Rise Nocatee Community

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and safety of the Rise Nocatee community in Jacksonville. The role supports the service team and ensures that common areas, amenities, and the overall curb appeal meet Greystar’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, pet droppings and keep all common areas and amenities tidy.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process and maintain storage areas.
• Complete minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager and assist the make‑ready specialist.
• Change locks according to property policy and verify that pool gates operate safely and meet code requirements.
• Distribute resident notices and communications as needed.
• Report any hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer resident questions and address maintenance complaints.
• Follow Greystar’s safety and risk‑management policies, attend safety meetings, complete required OSHA training and report accidents accurately.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to work independently, follow safety procedures and communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• Attention to detail and willingness to maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance.
