Graphic Designer – Presentation & Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team in Santa Monica on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on creating polished, on‑brand visual stories for internal presentations and client‑facing marketing materials. You will work closely with production and account teams to turn ideas and raw assets into compelling designs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build presentation decks, including pitch decks, client recaps, treatment decks, and internal strategy decks.
• Create marketing and promotional assets such as social media graphics, one‑pagers, sales collateral, and campaign creatives for both the company and its brand clients.
• Transform shoot footage, photography, and raw assets into polished recap decks and marketing content.
• Maintain and evolve brand visual standards across all internal and client‑facing materials.
• Collaborate with production and account teams to understand project goals and deliver visual solutions.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines.
• Develop reusable templates and design systems for decks and campaigns.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, presentation design, or a related visual communications role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing deck design, layout, and brand/marketing materials.
• Ability to work within established brand guidelines while contributing fresh ideas.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a track record of meeting tight production timelines.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Presentation tools – Keynote, PowerPoint, or Google Slides.
• Figma or similar collaborative design tools.

• Base salary of $75,000, commensurate with experience.
