Graphic Designer – Media & Creative

About the role

Dear Media is looking for a Graphic Designer to join its creative team in West Hollywood, CA or Austin, TX. Working closely with the Lead Graphic Designer, you will support design needs across social media, production, sales, and editorial, helping to evolve the brand’s visual identity.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging social media assets and maintain graphic templates for marketing initiatives.
• Assist in cover art exploration and concept development for new podcasts.
• Update and design sales decks and marketing collateral for brand initiatives.
• Source and select high‑quality imagery for the editorial website.
• Build digital and production assets for new show launches, including social assets, web banners, title cards, and thumbnails.
• Contribute fresh creative ideas and visual trends to keep Dear Media’s social and marketing presence innovative.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of professional design experience.
• Strong eye for layout, typography, color theory, and current pop‑culture design trends.
• Ability to receive and act on constructive feedback in a collaborative environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a sharp eye for accuracy.
• Collaborative yet independent, adaptable to a fast‑paced media setting.
• Proactive communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
• Positive, self‑motivated team player.
