Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team in Monrovia, CA. You will create visually compelling designs for our festival brands across both digital and print media, ranging from landing‑page mockups in Figma to print‑ready posters in Illustrator.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and design assets for promotional materials such as posters, flyers, banners, social media graphics, digital ads, merchandise, and event signage.
• Design and maintain web assets, including landing pages, email templates, and website graphics, ensuring a seamless experience from ad click to ticket purchase.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma for web and digital projects and collaborate with developers for handoff.
• Work closely with the marketing team to translate project objectives and target‑audience insights into cohesive visual solutions.
• Maintain design consistency across all platforms, mediums, and festival brands.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, meet deadlines, and ensure high‑quality output.
• Coordinate with printers and vendors to guarantee accurate production of printed materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience in web design (landing pages, email design, or website graphics) with a portfolio that includes digital work.
• Strong visual design sensibility and attention to detail across both digital and print media.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to incorporate feedback quickly.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Figma for UI design, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; familiarity with the broader Adobe Creative Suite.
• Web design fundamentals, including landing‑page and email design.
• Knowledge of printing processes, bleeds, color profiles, and file preparation.
