Graphic Designer

About the role
The Graphic Designer creates compelling visual communications that reinforce brand identity, support university priorities, and engage diverse audiences across print, digital, social, and multimedia platforms. Reporting to the Executive Director of Brand Storytelling & Creative, the role delivers audience‑centered design solutions for internal and external initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and produce high‑volume graphic design assets for both print and digital distribution.
- Prepare production‑ready files and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ensure all deliverables meet standards for brand consistency, accessibility, usability, technical accuracy, and production quality.
- Partner with colleagues and leaders across the organization to provide design expertise and visual storytelling.
- Stay informed about user experience best practices and emerging industry trends.
Required profile
- Experience creating visual communications for a range of audiences.
- Ability to work under supervision while contributing as a key team member.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand standards.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
