Graphic Designer

About the role

Drive Social Media is seeking a Graphic Designer to create compelling visual content for paid social and display campaigns. You will work within a collaborative pod that includes Account Strategists, Copywriters, and Photo/Video specialists to bring client campaigns from concept to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with Account Strategists, Copywriters, and Photo/Video team members to translate campaign objectives into high‑performing visual assets.
• Own design execution for 75+ client accounts, managing competing priorities and tight deadlines in a high‑volume environment.
• Conceptualize and design conversion‑focused creative for paid social, including static ads, motion graphics, and platform‑specific variations.
• Develop additional digital assets such as email marketing graphics, landing page visuals, and banner ads.
• Create multiple creative variations to support A/B testing and performance optimization.
• Optimize and format designs for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google, ensuring correct sizing and hierarchy.
• Present initial concepts, incorporate feedback quickly, and iterate while maintaining quality.
• Maintain organized asset libraries and ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines and platform best practices.
