Graphic Designer II

About the role

Melaleuca is seeking a talented Graphic Designer II to join its marketing team. You will translate creative briefs into compelling visual assets that support the company’s wellness brand and product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate key brand messages through high‑quality graphics.
• Produce designs that adhere to established brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with writers, photographers, and other designers.
• Present concepts to the Associate Creative Director and Creative Director.
• Take ownership of projects from concept through final delivery.
• Stay current with industry trends, standards, and best practices.
• Prepare print‑ready files and troubleshoot technical issues.

Required profile

• Strong design portfolio demonstrating marketing‑focused graphic work.
• Formal education in graphic design is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and detail‑oriented work habits.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
• Capacity to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Mac OS.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
