Audio Visual Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Manager to lead our media production team. The successful candidate will oversee the full lifecycle of audio and video projects, ensuring high‑quality, creative content that aligns with our credit union’s mission of "People Helping People."

Key responsibilities

• Direct the complete audio/video process from pre‑production planning (storyboarding, scripting, scouting) through production and post‑production editing, archiving, and delivery.
• Collaborate daily with cross‑functional teams—including creative, communications, marketing, and external agencies—to meet deadlines and brand standards.
• Lead strategic marketing initiatives that leverage audio/video storytelling, participating in brainstorming sessions and project brief development.
• Maintain studio equipment, monitor industry trends, manage budgets, and allocate resources to meet leadership expectations.
• Act as a brand steward, ensuring all audio/video content reflects the credit union’s values across all channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a creative or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in video production, with at least 1 year in a leadership or mentorship role.
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and time‑management abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team‑leadership skills.
