Graphic Designer – Hybrid (Boston, MA)

About the role

Airflow Dynamics is seeking a full‑time Graphic Designer for a hybrid position based in Boston, MA, with some remote flexibility. You will create visually impactful graphics, logos, and branding elements that support our industrial HVAC and data‑systems solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine typography, visual assets, and brand guidelines for both digital and print media.
• Design logos, marketing collateral, dashboards, and other visual materials that align with the company’s brand identity.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure cohesive visual communication across all projects.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in graphic, logo, and branding design.
• Proficiency in typography and layout for digital and print mediums.
• Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience designing for technical or industrial sectors is a plus.
