Graphic Designer – Creative Role in Beauty Brand

About the role

We are a fast‑growing beauty brand looking for a hands‑on Graphic Designer to create compelling visual content across email, social media and video ads. This full‑time hybrid role will work closely with cross‑functional teams to bring ideas from concept to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Design emails, social media posts, video ads and other assets while adhering to brand standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ideate, execute and optimise creative concepts.
• Resourcefully create fresh content using existing imagery and assets.
• Participate in creative briefings and design discussions to plan deliverables.
• Prioritise work to meet deadlines and adapt to critical business shifts.
• Ensure all projects follow brand and email guidelines and meet specifications.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in CPG, luxury beauty or cosmetics.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Strong digital design background with the ability to receive feedback and follow art direction.
• Excellent time‑management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience with Figma.
• Video editing for ads, blogs or website content.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, typography, photo editing, cropping and compositing.
