Graphic Designer (Brand & Digital)

About the role

Pirq is seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer to shape its visual identity across retail, social media, digital marketing, events and more. You will work closely with the founder and marketing teams to produce bold, disruptive designs that capture the attention of wellness‑focused consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, paid ads and creator campaigns.
• Create marketing assets for retail launches, trade shows, displays, sampling events and activations.
• Develop email campaigns, landing pages and other digital assets that drive conversions and support retention.
• Collaborate with the founder, marketing and social teams to define creative direction and ensure brand consistency.
• Maintain and evolve Pirq’s visual identity across all touchpoints, including design systems and asset libraries.
• Brainstorm culturally relevant concepts, trends and disruptive campaign ideas.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in CPG, wellness, lifestyle, food & beverage or DTC brands.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social content, digital marketing assets and storytelling.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and ability to incorporate feedback quickly.
• Highly organized, proactive, detail‑oriented and self‑motivated.
