Global Strategy and Operations Associate, YouTube Marketing

About the role

The Global Strategy and Operations Associate will support YouTube Marketing’s mission to connect users with creators and products. Working across YouTube’s global geographies, you will partner with leaders in Marketing, Product, Finance, and People Operations to solve complex challenges and drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute high‑priority strategic projects.
• Develop and enable YouTube Marketing’s annual strategic plans and performance metrics.
• Analyze data and metrics to inform business performance and decision‑making.
• Facilitate alignment of goals across Marketing, Product, Finance, and People Operations.
• Drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives that advance marketing impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity.
• Proven experience working with clients, executives, or senior partners.
• Demonstrated ability to develop business strategies and execute cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong business judgment, quantitative analysis, and communication of findings to senior leadership.
• Ability to build relationships, influence senior managers, and thrive in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments.
