Global Product Marketer – Scotch‑Brite Brand

About the role

As a Global Product Marketer for the Scotch‑Brite® brand, you will work with innovative 3M colleagues worldwide to drive brand growth and consumer engagement. You will lead cross‑functional initiatives, shape product strategy, and contribute to the brand’s global marketing plan.

Key responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to improve Scotch‑Brite consumer KPI scorecard, managing timelines and cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with area and cross‑functional teams to drive sales and gross‑margin growth, including SKU rationalization, packaging changes, and pricing recommendations.
• Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts, partnering with Insights, R&D, Finance, Portfolio Innovation, and Marketing Communications to build business cases.
• Contribute to global marketing planning, market and competitive analyses, and quarterly portfolio action meetings.
• Analyze market performance, provide consumer insights for quality and complaints meetings, and support execution of the business plan to meet financial targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (verified prior to start).
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in marketing, strategy creation, business operations, new product development/commercialization, or project management in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and leadership abilities.
