Global Marketing Manager – Beauty Care Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Global Marketing Manager for our Beauty Care Solutions (BCS) portfolio within BASF’s Care Chemicals division. Based in the United States, you will translate scientific expertise into market‑ready value propositions and drive the growth of cosmetic ingredients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage global and regional market knowledge to shape portfolio strategy and innovation pipelines.
• Lead communication activities for BCS both globally and locally, ensuring consistent brand visibility.
• Identify market needs, run ideation campaigns, and collaborate with project managers on new product development, business cases and go‑to‑market plans.
• Prepare launch packages, define pricing, positioning, value proposition and communication plans for new products.
• Monitor product performance post‑launch and adjust strategies as needed.
• Support the Americas team in executing go‑to‑market strategies, partnership opportunities and competitive analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, chemical engineering, marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in personal care, actives, or specialty ingredients marketing, product management or technical sales.
• Proven ability to translate scientific or technical data into compelling customer value propositions.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration experience with R&D, sales and other teams.
