Global Guest Experience Manager

About the role

The Global Guest Experience Manager will shape the Holiday Inn brand experience across a large, fast‑growing portfolio. Working from Atlanta, you will translate the brand’s strategic plan into actionable initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction and drive performance at both hotel and corporate levels.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze performance, market and industry data to support brand initiatives and storytelling.
• Define strategic objectives and develop tactical initiatives to achieve them.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (food & beverage, operations, procurement, marketing, development, training) to execute product and service initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior management and franchisees to gain support, communicate program outcomes, and address issues.
• Create and refine scalable tools, resources, processes, and guidance to ensure consistent delivery of the brand experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6–10 years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management, and/or hotel operations.
• Experience working within a franchise organization and influencing franchisees (preferred).
• Proven project‑management expertise from conception through implementation.
• Strong analytical abilities, including data management and visualization to generate actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for senior leadership, vendors, and hotel staff.
• Knowledge of branding research methodology, consumer insights, and creative problem‑solving.
