About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead building and infrastructure projects for our clients. You will act as the single point of contact, ensuring strategic goals are met while delivering high‑quality outcomes that improve communities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary liaison.
• Lead large‑scale investment programs, managing diverse scopes, sizes, and complexities.
• Meet or exceed client expectations and represent their interests on contractual and technical matters.
• Facilitate project and client meetings, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and manage communication flows.
• Provide regular progress updates through schedule revisions, minutes, financial data, and reports.
• Oversee change‑order processes, payment certificates, and related administrative documents.
• Supervise document control and ensure compliance with quality‑management procedures.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience managing construction or infrastructure projects on behalf of owners (municipalities, provinces, or other institutional clients).
• University degree in engineering, architecture, construction economics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of design and construction methods, project‑management models, financial management, building codes, contract law, and relevant legislation.
• Proven leadership ability and skill in influencing stakeholders and resolving technical and client‑related issues.
