About the role

The Account Manager will provide customers with high‑quality products and services that improve their quality of life. You will deliver a white‑glove experience, manage rental agreements, and support customers through sales and service interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, on‑time service and white‑glove deliveries while maintaining a service‑focused attitude.
• Complete rental agreements and generate new business through telemarketing and printed material distribution.
• Review overdue accounts, contact customers by phone or in person, and collect payments to meet daily/weekly collection targets.
• Perform scheduled customer service calls and ensure timely resolution of inquiries.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles safely, complying with local and state regulations.
• Keep vehicles, store, and products clean and organized according to company standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
