About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high‑volume restaurant operating under a well‑known quick‑service brand. You will be responsible for delivering profitable results while maintaining the brand’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Drive restaurant profitability by setting and achieving financial and operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Department Managers, Shift Managers, and crew members.
• Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to create and execute strategic plans.

Required profile

• Proven General Manager experience in a high‑volume quick‑service, hospitality, or retail environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and implement improvements.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
