About the role

The General Manager leads a high‑volume restaurant, ensuring profitability while delivering McDonald’s standards of quality, service and cleanliness. You will set strategic goals, develop plans to achieve them, and inspire a team of Department Managers to drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall restaurant profitability and operational efficiency.
• Maintain McDonald’s critical customer standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Set restaurant goals with senior leadership and develop actionable plans.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate Department Managers to meet their individual targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong future leadership pipeline.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and employee performance management.

Required profile

• Proven General Manager experience in a high‑volume quick‑service or hospitality environment.
• Strong background in restaurant operations, budgeting, and team leadership.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and front‑line staff.
