General Manager – Restaurant

About the role

The General Manager will lead a high‑volume restaurant, ensuring profitability while delivering McDonald’s standards of quality, service and cleanliness. You will work closely with senior leadership to set goals and develop a plan to achieve them.

Key responsibilities

• Drive restaurant profitability and meet performance targets.
• Maintain McDonald’s critical customer standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Set restaurant goals in partnership with leadership and develop actionable plans.
• Lead, coach, and develop Department Managers and Shift Managers.
• Oversee hiring, training, and staffing to build a strong future‑leadership team.

Required profile

• Previous General Manager experience in a high‑volume location.
• Background in quick‑service restaurants preferred; hospitality or retail experience acceptable.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
