About the role

The General Manager leads a McDonald's franchise restaurant, ensuring profitability while delivering the brand’s high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. You will set strategic goals, guide department managers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Drive restaurant profitability and meet performance targets.
• Maintain McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop Department Managers and Shift Managers.
• Oversee hiring, training, and talent development for the restaurant team.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a General Manager in a high‑volume location.
• Background in quick‑service restaurants strongly desired; hospitality or retail experience acceptable.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
