General Manager - AI Authoring

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a full‑time General Manager for Falcon Writer, its AI‑driven enterprise software suite for regulatory and medical authoring in the life‑sciences sector. As the sole P&L owner, you will lead strategy, product development, customer success and go‑to‑market teams to scale Falcon Writer across global pharmaceutical enterprise accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and execute the vision, roadmap and go‑to‑market strategy to position Falcon Writer as the category leader.
• Act as executive sponsor on high‑stakes deals, building strategic partnerships with key enterprise accounts and ensuring flawless customer adoption and retention.
• Represent the product publicly, presenting at industry conferences and evangelizing its value.
• Attract, hire and retain a high‑performing team, establishing scalable, customer‑centric delivery and contracting processes.
• Partner with Product leadership to prioritize core features and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Drive accountability for revenue targets, services profitability, customer satisfaction and product delivery milestones.

Required profile

• 10+ years of full‑time enterprise software leadership within Life Sciences, BioPharma or Regulatory Tech environments.
• Proven track record as a full‑time P&L or Business Unit leader scaling B2B SaaS solutions to BioPharma accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience closing and expanding strategic enterprise deals.
• Exceptional prioritization focused on quantifiable business outcomes and customer value.
• Outstanding communication, executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
