Future Talent Program – Manufacturing & Reliability Engineering Co‑Op

About the role

The Future Talent Program offers a 6‑month co‑op assignment within the Manufacturing & Supply Division, supporting vaccine manufacturing operations. You will work under the guidance of Reliability, Maintenance and Utilities Engineers, gaining hands‑on experience in GMP environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily equipment troubleshooting, technical and mechanical support for vaccine manufacturing facilities in operation or start‑up mode.
• Interact with production support groups (technology, automation, quality) and capital project teams to complete assignments.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and support utility projects (clean steam, water for injection, chilled water, glycol).
• Assist with Air Handler Building Automation System (BAS) technical projects across multiple vaccine areas.
• Report progress to mentor and contribute to personal and professional skill development.

Required profile

• Pursuing an Associate’s, BS or MS degree in Chemical, Mechanical or related Engineering discipline with a focus on manufacturing processes.
• Strong communication, leadership and teamwork abilities.
