About the role
The Finance Future Talent Program is a 12‑week internship that gives students hands‑on exposure to finance functions at a global pharmaceutical leader. Interns work from the company’s headquarters in Rahway, New Jersey, and collaborate with senior leaders on real projects.
Key responsibilities
- Support forecasting, financial reporting and variance analysis.
- Assist with operational risk management and process‑improvement initiatives.
- Help manage currency and other financial risks.
- Contribute to data‑driven insights for business decision‑making.
Required profile
- Current undergraduate pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, business analytics or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and teamwork abilities.
- Demonstrated integrity, self‑motivation and a passion for the company’s mission.
- Availability to work full‑time for the entire 12‑week period starting June 2027.
Required skills
- Data analytics (coursework or project experience).
