Associate Director, Software Engineering

About the role

The Associate Director will lead the Finance Business Management processes and oversee end‑to‑end SAP technical configuration for FI/CO modules, ensuring robust financial applications and reporting across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Guide FBM processes and manage SAP FI/CO configuration, including General Ledger, Controlling, CCA, PCA, IO, CO‑PA.
• Lead a global team of 6‑8 functional resources, providing functional design guidance and ensuring continuity of internal finance applications.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for SAP FI/CO, creating ERP solutions to support the Human Health business.
• Monitor cross‑functional integration, visualize end‑to‑end processes, and enforce change control to maintain system stability.
• Collaborate with Business Process Stewards, IT/ERP leads, and Value team to prioritize enhancements and drive operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, IT or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years experience delivering SAP FI/CO modules, SAP Project Systems, and leading SAP delivery teams.
• Proven ability to understand internal customer challenges and communicate resolutions effectively.
