Future Talent Program – Animal Health Retail Sales Intern

About the role

The 2027 Future Talent Program offers a 10‑12 week, field‑based internship in the U.S. Animal Health Retail Sales team. You will work remotely while supporting brick‑and‑mortar and e‑commerce retailers, gaining hands‑on experience in product promotion, customer engagement, and sales strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Support both Retail and E‑Commerce sales teams with product portfolio activities.
• Develop and execute customer‑engagement plans, including merchandising displays and surveys.
• Assist with dealer meetings, trade shows, and field‑based events to educate customers on product benefits.
• Present a summary of summer contributions to leadership at the internship’s conclusion.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a BA/BS or master’s program (Animal Science, Ag Business, Business, Marketing, etc.) with at least two years completed by May 2027.
• Available for a 10‑12 week internship starting late May 2027 and returning to school afterward.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and legally authorized to rent a car in the work state.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Ability to use an iPad for work tasks.
