Functional Trainee Programs – Procurement, Operations, or Logistics

About the role

Our University Functional Trainee Programs are designed to fast‑track high‑potential recent graduates into future leadership roles across Procurement, Brewery & Manufacturing Operations, or Logistics. Participants will rotate through multiple business areas, receive mentorship from senior leaders, and contribute to real projects that impact the company’s supply chain and production network.

Key responsibilities

• Complete 12‑ to 18‑month rotational assignments in the selected functional area, gaining hands‑on experience in analytics, sourcing, production, or distribution.
• Analyze supplier, product and market data to support sourcing strategies, cost‑saving initiatives and supply‑security decisions.
• Lead or support frontline teams, drive productivity improvements, and uphold safety and quality standards in brewery or logistics environments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop sourcing solutions, optimize logistics processes, and present findings to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or Data Science.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a demonstrated interest in supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Willingness to relocate within the United States and work flexible schedules, including weekends or overtime as needed.
