Functional Analyst - Order to Cash (Oracle ERP Cloud)

About the role

NetApp is hiring a Functional Analyst for its Order to Cash (O2C) practice in Morrisville, NC. The role analyzes, configures, supports and optimizes Oracle ERP Cloud functional solutions focused on Order Management and Order Fulfillment. It partners with business stakeholders to turn requirements into functional designs, defines business rules, supports data conversion and system implementation, and trains end users.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and turn them into functional design documents and configuration workbooks.
• Configure and test Oracle Cloud Order Management, Fulfillment and related O2C modules per approved designs.
• Prepare functional specifications for extensions, integrations and reports, and work with technical team members on development.
• Run and support SIT and UAT, and help resolve semi-routine O2C process problems.
• Assist with data conversion and migration, including validating FBDI loads for orders, items, customers and pricing.
• Review Oracle Cloud release notes for O2C impact, test new features and recommend adoption.
• Prepare training materials and deliver training during implementation and after go-live.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems or equivalent, with 10 to 15 years of related experience in Oracle ERP functional roles focused on Order Management / Order to Cash.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Oracle ERP Cloud implementations in a functional capacity.
• Good understanding of ERP Cloud implementations around Supply Chain Management, and familiarity with O2C integration touchpoints.
• Working knowledge of data migration using FBDI templates for O2C data.
• Good communication, analytical and organizational skills, and ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Functional proficiency in Oracle Cloud tools such as Functional Setup Manager, Manage Order Management Orchestration, Pricing Administration, Holds Management, Fulfillment Policies, OTBI/BI Publisher and Application Composer.
• Proficiency in two or more Oracle ERP Cloud modules: Order Management, Inventory Management, Pricing, Shipping/Logistics, Receivables, Global Order Promising and Product Hub.
• Understanding of end-to-end O2C metrics, KPIs and reporting requirements.

• Target salary range of 147,900 to 220,000 USD (OTE).
