Cloud Marketplace Operations Program Manager

About the role

NetApp is looking for an experienced Cloud Marketplace Operations Program Manager to operate and scale its business across AWS Marketplace, Microsoft Azure Marketplace, Google Cloud Marketplace and others. The role sits at the intersection of cloud commerce, Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance and Operations, owning key marketplace operational processes, resolving complex transaction and platform issues and building scalable processes for sellers, partners and customers. It requires strong program management combined with hands-on operational experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve key operational processes across Hyperscaler Cloud Marketplaces.
• Own the end-to-end Private Offer process, acting as the central point of contact to close deals on time and remove bottlenecks in the sales cycle.
• Coach adjacent teams through process changes and capability rollouts.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on Marketplace capabilities, integrations, APIs and operational requirements.
• Coordinate initiatives across Sales, Alliances, Product, Engineering, Finance, Revenue Accounting, Procurement and other stakeholders.
• Set up processes, documentation, controls, ownership and escalation paths.
• Translate Marketplace requirements and changes into actionable business and technical requirements.
• Define and track operational metrics to spot risks, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Lead additional Cloud Operations programs as priorities evolve.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in cloud operations, program management, business operations, product operations or a related field.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with business and technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred experience

• Private offers and enterprise Marketplace transactions.
• Marketplace APIs, integrations, listings, fulfilment, billing, entitlement or subscription lifecycle management.
• Enterprise software sales or cloud partner ecosystems.
• Product Management or Product Operations.
• AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud certifications.

What we offer

• Target salary range of $100,000 to $130,000, depending on location, qualifications, experience and education.
