About the role
Northwest is seeking a full‑time Teller to join its retail network team in Luzerne. The Teller will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service and supporting the branch’s financial goals.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, process transactions accurately, and balance the teller drawer daily.
- Identify referral opportunities and contribute to the office’s sales performance.
- Assist customers with inquiries, problem resolution, and product education.
- Participate in branch opening/closing tasks, meetings, and dual‑control procedures for vault, ATM, and other devices.
- Ensure compliance with security, risk, and regulatory policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Customer service, cash‑handling, and banking or retail experience preferred.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of the Teller System and related banking software.
