Full‑time Sales Advisor / Stylist – Retail Position

About the role

ANINE BING is seeking a full‑time Sales Advisor (Stylist) to join its Chicago store. The role combines in‑store and digital customer interaction, focusing on personalized styling and relationship‑driven sales.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver best‑in‑class service to customers both in‑store and online.
• Achieve and exceed store sales targets.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge to provide expert styling advice.
• Build and maintain a client book through proactive outreach.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and support visual merchandising.
• Assist with inventory management, online order fulfillment, and POS operations.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years experience in fashion, styling, or retail sales.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals in a goal‑driven environment.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, engaging attitude.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and retail holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lb, and operate store equipment.

Required skills

• Experience using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
