Full‑Time Physician (MD/DO) – Primary Care

About the role

We are expanding a health center in Scotia, CA and are looking for a full‑time Physician (MD/DO) to deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. The role involves direct patient interaction, diagnostic testing, treatment planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide primary‑care services including examinations, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform clinical procedures such as injections, suturing, and wound management.
• Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans and ensure continuity of care.
• Supervise and mentor mid‑level practitioners.
• Potentially travel to multiple clinic locations as needed.

Required profile

• Current California medical license (MD or DO).
• Experience in primary‑care practice.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eligibility for Medicare and Medi‑Cal enrollment.
