Full‑Time Landscape Crewmember

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Full‑Time Landscape Crewmember to join our crew and help maintain and enhance outdoor spaces across multiple properties. The role involves operating equipment, applying chemicals safely, and supporting the crew leader to deliver high‑quality landscape projects.

Key responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, excavators and backhoes on job sites.
• Apply weed‑control and other approved chemicals in compliance with licensing and safety regulations.
• Load, unload and transport tools, supplies and equipment to and from the work site.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and clean equipment daily.
• Follow installation plans and instructions provided by the Crew Leader and Operations Manager.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment, reporting any issues promptly.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks, trailers and warehouse organization.
• Participate in required training programs and may transport crew members as needed.

Required profile

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to read architectural drawings.
• Dependable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Good communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to teach and train new laborers.
