Full‑Time Graphic Designer (Hybrid – Tallahassee)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Tallahassee. The role blends in‑office collaboration with remote work on Thursdays and Fridays, allowing you to develop on‑brand visuals across print, digital, animation, and more.

Key responsibilities

• Study design briefs and determine project requirements.
• Conceptualize visuals based on creative direction and client needs.
• Prepare rough drafts, mockups, and design presentations.
• Develop illustrations, logos, layouts, and other creative assets.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and the Creative Director to produce final work.
• Create graphics for print, digital, social, web, and other media.
• Test graphics across various formats and platforms.
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback.
• Support additional creative projects and agency needs as assigned.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop; familiarity with Canva.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
• Ability to work quickly while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Collaborative, self‑starting attitude with a willingness to learn new tools.
• Familiarity with digital trends, social media formats, and motion‑graphics basics.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail; 3+ years of design experience preferred.
