About the role

Trivoli Tavern, part of the Hogsalt restaurant group, is seeking dedicated full‑time Dishwashers to keep our kitchen running smoothly. You will work in a fast‑paced, full‑service environment, supporting the culinary team and ensuring guests receive a consistent, high‑quality dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and stock work stations with all necessary supplies.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, glassware, and flatware to Hogsalt standards.
• Store clean items appropriately and maintain organized storage areas.
• Clean and maintain kitchen machines, appliances, floors, and garbage areas.
• Monitor dishwashing machine operation and report any issues promptly.
• Prepare the kitchen for the next shift by restocking stations.
• Assist other restaurant staff with additional tasks as requested.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast‑paced, full‑service restaurant.
• Open availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lb, and work in hot or cold environments.
• Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork and Hogsalt’s values of harmony, accountability, and resilience.
