Full‑Time Cook – 1010 Church Street, Nashville

About the role

Eurest is seeking a reliable full‑time Cook to join its Nashville kitchen team. You will work Monday‑Friday, preparing high‑quality meals for corporate clients while adhering to strict food‑safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to standardized recipes, ensuring correct portioning and temperature.
• Serve meals or ready them for delivery, maintaining presentation and taste quality.
• Clean and sanitize the kitchen, equipment, refrigerators and storage areas after each service.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and report any issues promptly.
• Assist with production planning, record‑keeping, ordering and receiving of food supplies.
• Participate in in‑service and safety meetings and follow all safety protocols.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of line‑cook experience.
• Ability to work the 6:00 am – 2:00 pm shift, Monday through Friday.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food‑quality standards.
