Full‑Cycle Recruiter – Dallas

About the role

Bellwether is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join its Dallas talent acquisition team. The role will support full‑cycle recruitment for experienced hires and lead campus recruiting initiatives for internship and analyst programs. You will act as the firm’s representative in the Dallas market and across the United States, building strong talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for positions ranging from Associate to Managing Director across all business units.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, post openings in the Applicant Tracking System, and source candidates via LinkedIn, Handshake, Symplicity, and other job boards.
• Conduct interviews, present qualified candidates, and coordinate the interview process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Handle offer negotiations, approvals, and compensation discussions.
• Compile and analyze recruiting metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with search firms, industry associations, alumni networks, and peer institutions to expand the talent pool.
• Lead university outreach, schedule on‑campus events, and manage relationships with career services, faculty, and student organizations.
