Full-time Video Editor – Mortgage Coaching Brand

About the role

We are a fast‑growing mortgage coaching brand based in Plano, Texas, looking for a sharp video editor who can work quickly, think creatively, and handle high‑volume content production. This is a full‑time onsite position where you will be a core part of our content creation engine.

Key responsibilities

• Edit 30‑90 second vertical social clips from webinars, live events, and coaching sessions for Instagram Reels and Facebook.
• Create testimonial clips following precise editor notes, including exact timestamps, on‑screen text, and dual exports for Facebook and Instagram.
• Produce podcast and long‑form series episodes, adding cold opens, clean bridges, and episode‑specific social clips.
• Design paid ad creatives for Meta in 1:1 and 4:5 formats targeting cold and warm audiences.
• Assemble onboarding videos with split‑screen layouts that sync speaker cam and screen recordings in real time.

Required profile

• At least two years of professional video editing experience with real production deadlines.
• A portfolio that showcases social‑first, short‑form vertical content, talking‑head footage, and testimonial clips.
• Ability to work from detailed written briefs without verbal clarification.
• Fast, accurate work style and strong communication to flag issues or confirm details.
