Full-Time Teller – Randolph, MA

About the role

Join Santander’s Randolph branch as a full‑time teller and provide front‑line banking services to customers. You will be the first point of contact, helping clients with everyday financial transactions while delivering a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, minimize wait times, and assist with their banking needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions accurately.
• Handle cash and maintain precise cash‑drawer balances.
• Follow all bank policies, compliance, and risk‑management procedures to prevent fraud.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and refer appropriate bank products.
• Educate customers on digital self‑service tools.
• Support custodial duties, audits, and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and may assist nearby branches as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of cash‑handling experience.
• Minimum 6 months of customer‑service experience.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures.
• Willingness to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
