About the role
Northwest is seeking a full‑time Teller to join its retail network team in Centre Hall. The Teller will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service and supporting the branch’s financial goals.
Key responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and balance the teller drawer daily.
- Identify referral opportunities and contribute to the branch’s sales performance.
- Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and refer complex needs to appropriate specialists.
- Participate in branch meetings, dual‑control vault and ATM balancing, and opening/closing tasks.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Customer service, cash handling, and banking or retail experience preferred.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of teller system and general office software.
- Understanding of security, compliance, and dual‑control procedures.
