Full-Time Registered Nurse – Multisystem PCU (Days)

About the role

AdventHealth is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join the Multisystem Progressive Care Unit (PCU) on a full‑time day shift. You will provide holistic care to patients across physiological, psychological, spiritual, and lifestyle dimensions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health status.
• Develop, implement, and regularly revise individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely, monitoring for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self‑care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff to coordinate optimal patient care.

Required profile

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor’s preferred.
• 1+ year experience in an acute‑care hospital setting (preferred).
• Active RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
