Full-Time Pharmacist – Oncology Pharmacy

About the role

Onco360 Pharmacy in Houston is seeking two full‑time pharmacists to join its oncology‑focused team. The role involves working onsite Monday‑Wednesday and Friday, with alternating weekend coverage, providing clinical and technical support to patients, providers and the healthcare team.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate physician medication orders for appropriateness, dosage, interactions and route of administration.
• Maintain and update patient medication records, including medical history and laboratory data.
• Order, review and discuss necessary laboratory tests for high‑risk conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other team members to recommend therapy changes.
• Document all communications and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Implement policies for safe procurement, storage, distribution and disposal of drugs.
• Report medication‑related errors to the Pharmacy Manager and assist staff with safe medication practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Pharm D preferred).
• At least one year of experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and federal regulations.

What we offer

• Starting salary $127,000 + based on experience.
• $4.00 shift differential for weekend work.
