Full-time Overnight Manufacturing Operator

About the role

Join Nestlé Health Science as a Manufacturing Operator on the overnight shift, supporting the Packaging Department. You will work with world‑class products, follow safety and quality procedures, and help keep the production line running smoothly. This entry‑level position values attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients
• Complete quality checks and record data
• Maintain a clean work area
• Follow safety rules, SOPs and cGMP guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift

Required skills

• Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes
• Comfortable using computers or tablets
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Basic math and mechanical understanding
• Strong attention to detail
• Team‑oriented and dependable
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
