Full-time Nabisco Merchandiser & Order Writer

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Full‑time Nabisco Merchandiser and Order Writer, representing iconic snack brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy and Triscuit. You will work directly in stores, building relationships with store staff, stocking shelves, and maintaining promotional displays to maximize product visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores following Mondelēz DSD merchandising steps and capture photos of displays.
• Order products via iPad tablet to keep shelves fully stocked and displays up‑to‑date.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are presented according to company guidelines and negotiated plans.
• Communicate any issues or plan deviations to the merchandising manager and sales team.
• Support seasonal sales initiatives, new product launches, and special promotions.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to multiple store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 25 lb regularly and up to 50 lb occasionally.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25‑35 miles of Tyler, TX (or secondary locations Jacksonville or Palestine, TX).
