About the role

We are seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to join our busy Family Medicine clinic in Provo. The successful candidate will support physicians by handling clinical tasks, maintaining patient records, and delivering courteous service in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

Obtain and record vital signs, blood pressure, weight, temperature, brief medical history, medication list and review of systems.
Accompany the provider during patient visits, create clinic notes and perform scribing duties.
Maintain and update patient records and other clinical information.
Set up examination rooms and assist with minor procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned while ensuring a positive patient experience.
Work a variable schedule, typically four days per week from 8 am to 6 pm.

Required profile

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential.
Experience in a Family Medicine setting is preferred.
Availability to work full-time hours as described.
